Terms of use. The plain rules for using our website and apps.

These terms govern your use of the applab.works website and the apps published by App Lab Works LLC (“App Lab Works”, “we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Our apps are distributed through Apple’s App Store and are licensed, not sold, to you. Unless an app comes with its own license agreement, your use of it is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms. Where the two conflict, Apple’s EULA governs your use of the app.

Paid apps, in-app purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple under the App Store’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Please don’t misuse our website or apps — including trying to disrupt them, access them without authorization, reverse engineer them except where the law expressly allows it, or use them to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

The App Lab Works name, logo, our apps and the content of this website belong to App Lab Works LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. What you create with our apps remains yours.

We work hard to make reliable software, but our website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee they’ll be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, App Lab Works isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of our website or apps. Our total liability for any claim won’t exceed what you paid us for the app in question in the twelve months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use our website or apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
